PTT Advertising Solutions (“we”) operates the website pttads.vn and an internal CRM used for consulting, customer care, and marketing-lead management.

• Facebook Lead Ads: when you submit a form on Facebook/Instagram in our campaigns, data is delivered through Meta’s official webhook/API;
• Website pttads.vn: contact, consulting, and careers forms;

• Manage leads and customer relationships in our internal CRM;
